There are so many great hotspots in Cape Town. Hemelhuijs is one of them! A cozy little place with a terrace. On a quiet street near trendy Bree Street, Hemelhuijs offers a delicious breakfast and lunch. The interior is modern and a mix of light wood and black. The terracotta-colored walls remind me of the color of the earth in rural Africa. The menu at Hemelhuijs in Kaapstad Dishes like grilled chicken or salmon with seasonal vegetables, or an organic burger, are featured. The fresh blood orange juice is highly recommended!
