PLLEK

One of the coolest spots in Amsterdam-Noord is undoubtedly Pllek. Especially because they’re open early every day. Great for all the parents out there, as its spacious layout makes it a fantastic place to bring kids. Open from breakfast until late, the restaurant continuously surprises. Leading in sustainability, it’s no wonder vegans and vegetarians are well catered for here! Admit it… when isn’t Pllek in Noord a favourite spot of the day? Plenty of vegan options on the menu, making it perfect for a mixed date with friends who haven’t seen the vegan light yet. In summer, enjoy the terrace or sink your toes into the sand of the city beach.

The Dutch Weed Burger

The burgers from The Dutch Weed Burgers are made from seaweed, and chances are you’ve already come across them with their food truck at a festival. Super tasty, sustainable, and vegan!
