Restaurant Happyhappyjoyjoy Amsterdamย nowย openedย it’s doors inย West!ย This hotspotย of the famous (TV)cookย Julius Jaspers is a place where you can get Asian street food, all day long. No big portions, but small bites so you can taste as many different dishes as you like andย it’s easy to share. And shared dining is something we atย Yourlbb love!
Julius Jaspers was inspired during his travels through the (far) East. On the menu you can find dishes based on for exampleย the Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean cuisine. But atย Happyhappyjoyjoy Amsterdam they also have an Asian beer menu and extensive tea menu.

Last week I tried theirย menuย in the evening. Theย steamed bun with pork belly and Peking duck (sooo good!), steamed dumpling with pork, shrimp, Chinese mushroom and vegetarian tempura are definitely the must-tries! It’s just that ater all these different bites I was already so full, that I couldn’t start with theย curry and noodle dishes. So I’ll try them next time ;-).
Is it busy there and do you need to wait for a table? Then you might even have to wait for about half an hour before they’re taking your order. They also served my Pork Belly Boa to me first before myย Bintangย (Indonesian beer). Let’s just say that these are only problems for now sinceย Happyhappyjoyjoyย just opened. Because I can’t complain at all about the food! Oh and did I already mention that you can take out their food here? Handy!
