Guts & Glory Amsterdam: new restaurant at Utrechtsestraat

10 January 2015

By the chefs of restaurant Daalder >> Guts & Glory Amsterdam!

What a great start of the new year with the opening of Guts & Glory Amsterdam. At Your Little Black Book we already love Daalder. So the news that Chefs Guillaume de Beer and Freek van Noortwijk live their dream and open their own restaurant makes me smile. Guts & Glory is a restaurant where they only use the most beautiful products to create amazing dishes.

The concept of Guts & Glory Amsterdam is simple. All it needs is a beast! And then every 6 months another beast. This beast is the central part of the menu and for the sides they only work with the best meat and fish at Guts & Glory. Like Bresse chicken, tarbot, Wagyu beef and Iberico pig. Yum, I’m already hungry! On the menu you find starters and middle sized dishes in the style of Daalder.

Expected opening is end of January. We can’t wait to go and try!
