GROOS Rotterdam, representative of Rotterdam’s creativity
At one of the ends of Luchtsingel you will find GROOS, a beautiful concept store where all products are created someway by the people from Rotterdam. You can literally buy all kinds of products there: paintings, books, lamps, cutlery, clothing, food, you name it. Basically everything fashion, design, art, music, literature and film is sold in the store as long as the makers originate from Rotterdam.
This however isn’t it for GROOS, because the founders of the store have even bigger plans in mind. They want GROOS to eventually become a true platform for all Rotterdam designers and artists, where they could come together for collaborations or simply to inspire each other.
Creative events are held there from time to time and if the temperature’s rising they have Groose Zondag; a market in Rotterdam where local products are being highlighted even more.
