Gordal Amsterdam: for a culinary trip through Spain

28 February 2017

DISCOVER AUTHENTIC SPAnish cuisine AT GORDAL AMSTERDAM

Gordal Amsterdam will take you on a culinary trip through sunny Spain. That means, lots of homemade sangria, tapas, and cheese. That sounds like music to our ears. In the Element Hotel on the Gelderlandplein you’ll get the ultimate Mediterranean feeling at restaurant Gordal Amsterdam. Not only through the menu, which is filled with typical Spanish dishes like patatas bravas, gambas pil pil, delicious hams, and of course, calamaris. But also through the Spanish wines which are brought to taste with Mediterranean fruits. And don’t expect ordinary tapas, no… these dishes are looking just beautiful.

If we think about it, we really can’t wait to sit on a terrace in Spain in the summer with a plate full of calamaris and a good glass of wine… Every month the menu changes at Gordal Amsterdam, so you’ll have a reason to go back over and over again.

ENJOY SMALL BITES THE ENTIRE NIGHT AT GORDAL AMSTERDAM

The concept at Gordal Amsterdam is shared dining like you would expect in a tapas restaurant and if there’s anything that makes us happy, it’s just that. I just think it looks so nice and cosy when the whole table is filled with little dishes to taste with your friends or your lover. You can also order a Chef’s menu with 4 courses!

Nice to know: Gordal Amsterdam owes its name to the Gordal olive, seeing as this is essential in Spanish cuisine. The Gordal olive is bigger, firmer, and juicier of taste than the olives that we know. Sounds good!
