Two brothers with a passion for cooking and beautiful products opened a restaurant together in Amsterdam city center almost two years ago. Gebroeders Hartering offers a daily changing 6-course menu. Highly recommended if you enjoy a long meal! The brothers love using every part of the animal. Something you might not normally eat, they know. transforming your meal into the most delicious thing you've ever tasted. Each course comes with a matching wine recommendation, allowing you to enjoy the unique pairings even more. Start the evening with a cozy aperitif, such as the fruity poiré.
