Hipster hotspot!
New York City is bursting with great restaurants. Freeman Restaurant is one of them! It's tucked away in an alley off Rivington Street next to The Bowery and Chrystie Street in Manhattan, but well worth the search. Walk all the way down the alley until you reach the blue doors. Once inside, you'll feel like you're in a colonial tavern. At Freeman, you'll find old American dishes, both rustic and inviting. Think wild game, sustainable fish, and produce from local New York farms. Freeman attracts a hip(ster) crowd and It's always busy. Reservations aren't accepted: it's first come, first served! Waiting at the bar isn't a problem, though, as they have the best cocktails at Freeman's :-).
