A new pizzeria has opened on Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat in Amsterdam West, and it's not just any pizzeria! Fiko Amsterdam is a restaurant where you can enjoy your pizza with a crispy crust in a truly luxurious setting. The interior is black and decorated with gold, lots of gold details. Okay, back to the pizzas. Because if you want to indulge in that luxury, you can also order a truly special, golden pizza. A what? Yep! Go for the Gold Ricchezza and get a pizza with buffalo mozzarella, truffle cream, porcini mushrooms, 23k white truffle-roasted golden nuggets, 23k golden leaves, and caramelized cherry tomatoes. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! If all that feels a bit too much, Fiko Amsterdam also has a regular pizza margherita, a pizza with spicy salami, or of course, with anchovies. All ingredients are fresh and in some cases even sourced from Fiko Amsterdam's own farm.
