Sometimes you have those dining places in Amsterdam that we just forget to write about. Festina Lente at Jordaan is exactly one of those. A small, cozy dining cafe at the Looiersgracht. Perfect for grabbing a quick bite with your girlfriends or have some drinks with your date. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy place without too much fuss but with delicious food.

Festina Lente in Amsterdam has different small dishes on the menu. Perfect for sharing! I like the salad with pumpkin a lot, just like the Vitello Tonnato. I also always order the Melanzana involtini to have something warm. The grilled eggplant. And make sure to leave some room for the white chocolate cheesecake! Then finish it off with a good cup of espresso.
