Wow. Just wow. That's all we could think as we walked up the stairs at Fay's. by Cotton Beach Club on IbizaThe Cotton Club has been around for two years, but since this summer we can also welcome Fay to Cala Tarida, one of Ibiza's most beautiful beaches.

As we're ordering, one of the staff brings a giant salmon to the kitchen, freshly pulled from the sea. A moment later, our sushi arrives – served on a beautiful plate. It couldn't be fresher! Our favorites at Fay's at Cotton Beach Club are the Cala Tarida Roll with avocado, salmon, and cream cheese, and the Ibiza Roll with soft-shell crab and wasabi mayonnaise, among other things… Yummy!

PS: After lunch you can play a game of billiards on the coolest billiard table ever!
