Europa Pizza Amsterdam: for pizza, wine and seafood in North

We were already huge fans of Europe's omakase-style restaurant on the HEM site. It's a shame that it ended earlier than planned due to Covid, but it also marked the start of something new: Europa PizzaStarted with culinary frozen pizzas during the lockdown, now in a permanent location in Amsterdam North. Don't expect a standard pizzeria at Europa Pizza. In fact, they're far from it. They call it a pizza-driven wine bar, and that's actually a brilliant description for this new hotspot, located in the area of ​​North where Try, Stork, Chateau Amsterdam en Oedipus to name just a few. Anyone missing places like Roberta's in New York should stop by soon. And remember: on Sundays, Europa Pizza also offers matinee seating!

Menu X Europa Pizza Amsterdam

At Europa Pizza, don't expect pizzas you see everywhere on the menu. Think pizzas with brie de meaux, miso, or Dutch shrimp! Just to name a few of the ingredients we've seen. Start the evening with some oysters, cured ham, little gem, and razor clams (we're sold!). Then, a pizza or two to share (because we like to try as many as possible). Will the guys be making pizzas for home again this season? I'll keep you updated!
