Essentiel Antwerp: a not to miss fashion store in Amsterdam, Haarlem & Den Bosch

26 September 2017

discover the cool new collection of Essentiel antwerp

Up until a few years ago, Essentiel Antwerp was one of my regular shopping spots when I went to Antwerp or Brussels for a day or a weekend. Luckely I can now go to one of the two stores in Amsterdam! The store on Hartenstraat 8 is located very close to my office and the location on the Utrechtsestraat 145, I always visit the store when I’m closeby in the weekend. Funny detail: Essentiel is one of the few stores where my lover comes along without complaining. Tip for the ladies that love to shop with their boyfriend or for all the male readers of Your Little Black Book of course ;-) In the Utrechtsestraat they also have a men’s collection!

A fairytale like new collection at Essentiel Antwerp

Last week I went to see the new collection. And it’s BEAUTIFUL! What I like most about Essentiel Antwerp are the unique prints. These are especially designed for the brand every season, so you can bring a real eye-catcher at home. Another thing that shows that Essentiel is really one of my favourite brands, is that the items are always super feminine and romantic, but with a nonchalant manly touch that keeps it cool.

The new Fall / Winter 2017 collection is all about miracles and fairy tales. Mythical figures and heroines can be seen in the prints of the clothes, but also in the accessories, like bags, sjawls and jewelry. The collections of Essentiel Antwerp are always full of special hidden details that you’ll only discover when you look very closely. Winter scenes with pine cones, pheasants, baby bugs, magic mushrooms, green rabbits and more! Are you, just like me, a fan of oversized winter coats or leopard print? Then you are at the right address at Essentiel! They are almost always in the collection every season, but executed a little different every time.
