Dine like the Tsars at Bridges!
Unique collaboration for the Dining with the Tsars exhibit at the Hermitage. Until March 1 2015 you can enjoy a unique menu at Bridges* created by Chef Joris Bijdendijk. During the food inspired exhibit you can book the dining experience at Bridges* for lunch and dinner. I had the luck to taste the wonderful menu for lunch after a visit to the Hermitage.
For the menu Chef Joris Bijdendijk was inspired by the luxury banquets in the ages of the Tsars. Of course he gave a modern twist to the 19th and 20th century dinners by creating a menu of 5 smaller courses. Dish by dish a joy for the eye!
From November 1st Bobby Rust will start as Chef de Cuisine van Bridges. He worked at Ron Gastrobar so we can’t wait to try and taste his new menu when he starts at Bridges. Joris Bijdendijk will start a new restaurant at the Rijksmuseum!
