Something we can’t get enough of is to go out for brunch! The good news is you can go to Dignita for brunch whole day long. All day brunch it is. At the Koninginneweg in la chique Amsterdam Old South you have to go for a healthy brunch with friends. Almost everything at Dignita is homemade, from sourdough bread to raw cakes. And like almost everywhere else they try to use local ingredients as much as possible.

You know that feeling of still wanting to go out for brunch at 4pm in the weekend?

What I like about an address like Dignita is that you can go there every time of the day for yummy egg dishes. You know that feeling of still wanting to go out for brunch at 4pm in the weekend? Especially when you had a little bit too much to drink the night before? Dignita is the place for that. A healthy juice on the side and you are ready to embrace the day ;-). Surprising: they have ice cream floats, with ice and soda. We have to have a taste of that next time! Apparently they will also open their doors soon for dinner with small plates. We will keep you posted.
