Great neighborhood spot in Amsterdam East: The Beer Garden!

The Beer Garden in Amsterdam East is one of my all-time favorites. Since its opening this cafe restaurant on the Oosterpark It's one of the hotspots in my neighborhood that I keep going back to. And that definitely has something to do with the fantastic patio! The patio at De Biertuin is always wonderfully sunny and super cozy with the picnic benches.

At De Biertuin, they have a long list of specialty beers, many of which are from local Amsterdam breweries. If you enjoy unique beers, De Biertuin is the place to be.

Another great thing about De Biertuin is the menu. They serve great pub food and have one of the best appetizer menus in Amsterdam. I remember a summer day when my partner and I tried almost every beer (and almost all the appetizers) and rolled home before the sun set. Perfect weekend day!
