In the mood for a weekend getaway? For my new book STAYCATION , I went searching for the best hotspots in the Netherlands. In Utrecht , Daen's Room One Utrecht is an address not to be missed!

Daen's Room One is more of a B&B than a hotel, as there is only one hotel room located above concept store and café Dean's. Daen's Café serves homemade dishes, and Daen's concept store specializes in Dutch and Scandinavian labels for men and women. Even if you are not staying there, it is a must-visit for breakfast, lunch, and coffee. On the terrace when the weather is nice!
