At Yourlbb we love food and beer… and by beer we mean craft beers. Not so long ago I did a beer & food tasting at Restaurant Dwars and ever since I drink more often beer when I am out for dinner. Beer and food match really well together! Surprise your guests with a Christmas dinner with a different craft beer every course. The Beertree has a selection of 200 international beers selected from over 25 different countries. They also have a very cool system the ”growler”. Translated by the aussies as: a bloody good way to get beer around town, to parties and into ya! We just think it’s easy, the beer is cold and you can get a refill. Also you don’t have to carry a lot of small bottles around :-)

De Bierkoning is a concept in Amsterdam for more then 30 years. The shop is located in the centre of Amsterdam and they sell 1500 different types of craft beers! The butcher can help you pick the right sauce, garnituren or give advice about preparations of the meat itself. Last but not least, they also sell crafted beers to go with your Christmas meal, ideal!

Are you not sure what you would like to prep for your guests? Go to Craft & Draft for the the all round experience. This spot is a bar and a shop, perfect to try the beers out and them being able to buy them for at home. My advice: do your food shopping first so you know exactly what you will be making for dinner. Then find out which beer suits which dish. You can get small bottles of beer but also a 1 liter bottle, the growler!
