Coya Dubai: the best food from Peru

16 September 2015

Coya Dubai is our tip for ceviche lovers!

It doesn’t matter which city I visit. Since there are more and more ceviche restaurants opening their doors I always google for the latest hotspot to eat the best ceviche. For Grazia I already wrote a column about this trend. To eat the best ceviche in Dubai you have to go to the new restaurant hotspot Coya. Here they serve the best dishes from the Peruvian kitchen. Which they’ve been awarded for! Yum!  The interior of Coya Dubai is warm and cosy. The colours even give the place a mysterious look. Just like the Inca’s in Peru! To start dinner of nicely have a cocktail at the Pisco Lounge. Here they are specialised in Pisco infused cocktails.

So Peruvian it is at Coya! From the best grill dishes to ceviches and other tasty ocean food. I can recommend you to go there for the Friday brunch. In Dubai Friday is like our Saturday. And brunch is a very important part of their day! At Coya you can also order the Chef’s signature menu. This menu will take you on a culinary trip through Peru. Fun to do when you aim for a lengthy dinner!
