What: Home goodies, furniture, accessories. I spotted a tiny refillable perfume bottle as a necklace hanger. Great gift idea! Check out ABC Home on Pinterest. We love it.

I need a break: ABC Cocina
Address: 38 E 9th st, Flatiron
What: Mexican food, really really good. What you see is what you buy. Yes guys, it’s all for sale.


Concept pop-up shop NYC: Artists and Fleas at Chelsea Market
Address: 15th st & 10th ave, at Chelsea Market, Meatpacking District
What: Vintage, jewelry, crafts

Give me a break: Tipsy parson
Address: 156 9th ave, Chelsea
What: Typical New York brunch/lunch. Open: Mon-Fri 11.30am-11pm, weekend 10am-10pm. With a huge Thank You to one of our followers: great place!

Impressive views break: Le Bain, Standard Hotel
Address: 848 Washington st, Meatpacking
What: Must-go! People watching. Open: Mon-Tue closed, Wed-Thu 10pm-4am, Fri-Sat 2pm-4am, Sun 2pm-3am.

Bookstore/coffee shop NYC: McNally Jackson Books

What: Yes! Also on my would-love-to-get list (honey, if you’re reading this…). Here you can buy the cookbook of Brooklyn restaurant Roberta’s Pizza. Grab a coffee at the small coffee place in the corner. No wifi. Also a cool souvenir btw: cookbook of The Meatball Shop (which is in Williamsburg and Greenwich).

What: 100% vegetarian, for a quickie.

What: Awesome home goods store. Don’t miss this one.

What: Coffee grinder, Ted Baker mini-thermos, or put together your own cocktail set with vintage-look glasses and trays, bitters and other stuff.
(There’s also a Whisk located at walking distance from ABC Home)
Hungry break: Allswell
Address: 124 Bedford ave, Williamsburg, Brooklyn
What: Nice low-key hipster spot. Open daily from 10am. Oyster happy hour daily 4pm-7pm.
