A visit to New York is not complete without a walk through Central Park! This park is so charming in every season. In the summer, you can enjoy a nice picnic on a bench; in the winter, you can go ice skating, and in the autumn, it is so beautiful with the red-colored leaves. I think that is my favorite season to visit Central Park.

There aren't many restaurants in Central Park. The best places to grab a bite are the food court in the basement of the Plaza Hotel or a deli on the edge of the park. The Loeb Boathouse is touristy, but a fantastic option for the ultimate New York experience. You really should have lunch on the terrace at least once, just for the view.

My favorite spots in Central Park are Gapstow Bridge, Bethesda Fountain, and The Lake. Combine a visit to this green oasis in New York with one of the museums bordering the park on the Upper West Side or Upper East Side. It is also fun to rent bikes or go for a bike ride.
