Shopping & Stores // Maastricht City Guide

Note to self: take more shopping trips to Maastricht! Why? Maastricht has all the big-name chains, but also lots of lovely smaller boutiques. All within walking distance! If you travel to Maastricht by train, the shopping begins in the Wyck district, which takes you from the station to the city center via the Sint-Servaas Bridge. Fun fact: I lived for a while on the quayside, which you see when you walk over the bridge toward the city center. Side streets with some great shops in the center include Heggenstraat and Minckelersstraat. Rainy? Maastricht has two indoor shopping malls: Entre Deux and Mosae Forum.
