Düsseldorf is one of my favorite cities for a winter city break. I mean: Christmas markets, Christmas markets, Christmas markets! The city initially had a bit of a dusty image for me, but with the opening of trendy hotels by Max Brown and 25 Hours Hotels, this German city is suddenly back on my radar for more frequent visits.
