The Spaarndammerbuurt has grown over the past decades into a lively neighborhood with an increasing number of great hotspots: from breakfast to lunch and from dinner to drinks. You probably know it. Café de Walvis yes? Or Dophert Where can you eat a club sandwich as high as the Empire State Building? The vegan takeout meals available here in the evenings are delicious to enjoy in Westerpark, which borders the Spaarndammerbuurt neighborhood. This park is a wonderful place to relax, and with the Westergasfabriek – a cultural mecca hosting fairs, festivals, and pop concerts – you'll never be bored!
