You probably already know this spot for its Red Velvet cake, but you absolutely have to try the cheesecake here too. Lunch is also highly recommended, but make sure you save room for dessert. They now have three locations in Amsterdam!

This spot isn't primarily known for its cheesecake, but for its macarons. You definitely shouldn't miss those – they even have a cheesecake macaron! – but the cheesecake here is also a must-try.

The cheesecake here has been one of my absolute favorites for years. And my friends and family, whom I've dragged here, agree: this spot absolutely has one of the best cheesecakes in Amsterdam. The location is also fantastic: with a view of the Leliegracht, that cheesecake tastes just that little bit better.

Vegan lovers, take note! This cheesecake shop in Amsterdam is 100% vegan. But even non-vegans don't have to miss this spot. The chocolate truffle cheesecake is a must-try. When the sun shines, they also have a small terrace where you can sit.

The Last Crumb

This Amsterdam spot is right in the city center, perfect for a relaxing afternoon after a day of shopping. It's a very cute little place with limited seating. Besides the cheesecake, the quiches are also highly recommended.

This spot has been a classic for years, especially for cheesecake in Amsterdam. Besides the famous cheesecake, the Champagne cake is also highly recommended! Although it can be quite difficult to walk out with just one slice of cake here...

This hotspot in De Pijp has been a household name for years. It's known for its excellent food, but be sure to save room for dessert. The white chocolate cheesecake with raspberry sauce has been in my top 3 cheesecakes in Amsterdam for years!

At Cheesecake Project in the Jordaan district, it's all about Basque cheesecake. Creamy, slightly runny on the inside, and with a subtle salty touch. The classic version is truly delicious, but they also experiment with other flavors like blue cheese. The shop has an open kitchen where you can watch the cakes being made. The place to be for cheesecake lovers.
