CATO by CATO Maastricht: salads, soup and sandwiches to go
In this super cute little shop in Maastricht, crammed with jars, sits caterer Cato by Cato. You wouldn't expect it when you peek inside, but you can put together the most delicious salads for lunch here! It's my favorite salad takeout in the South, and for good reason.
The owners' motto is "travel around the world and never leave the table." This is reflected in the worldly dishes. Choose a lettuce base, topped with various delicious dishes like homemade tuna salad, a slice of quiche, or red curry. The friendly owner is happy to help you with your choice and lets you sample everything. Besides salads, you can also choose from delicious sandwiches, pasta, or soup. Highly recommended!
