Every time I’m in The Hague I’m surprised by how cool this city actually is. If you know where to go you can spend hours in nice coffee bars and lunch rooms. My favourite area is located around the Piet Heinstraat. I recently stayed in The Hague in the beautiful Carlton Ambassador Hotel. This boutique hotel is located at a very central locations and just a few minutes away from the center and the trendy “Scheepslieden kwartier”. A perfect base for a weekend get away in The Hague!
The Carlton Ambassador Hotel in is classic and has some very nice redecorated rooms with a mix of antique and modern design. I can recommend to order the roomservice for breakfast so you can enjoy the room as long as possible. Nothing more romantic than eating breakfast in bed, right?
