Capeย View Clifton is one of theย best hotels I’ve every stayed at!
If there’sย one boutique hotel that would stay with me forever, then it’s probably the Cape View Clifton in Cape Town. This beautiful design hotel is located at the bay of the neighbourhoodย Clifton with a beautiful view on the four beaches that the neighbourhood is famous of. The feeling of sitting there on your pool bed is pure enjoyment… trust me: when you check into theย Cape View Cliftonย hotel you never want to go back home anymore.
The feeling of not wanting to go back home anymore lingered throughout the whole trip. It’s so much fun here that I’d daydream making plans to move here. Something my lover wouldn’t even mind if it’s only for a couple of years. With a view onย Lions head and the sunset, I pour myself another glass of good wine while I’m writing this blog.
My suite with a view to the sea is so beautiful that I cancelled my reservation to dine in the city center. I’m going to enjoyย my night at the Cape View Clifton to the fullest. Grab a quick biteย in the romantic garden of theย Roundhouse restaurant and then work some more on the terrace while enjoying the view.
Capeย View Clifton is decorated beautifully by the owner herself. This lady has style! A lot of white, natural materials and the use of modernย African design. I LOVE IT! The bathroom is full with nice beauty products of Africology. You get it… tonight after dinner I’m going to sit in the tub for a bit!
When you’re staying at the ย Cape View Cliftonย hotel, make sure that you plan a day just to relax. I can guarantee that you won’t be sorry about it! The swimming pool has the perfect temperature to cool down while enjoying the sun. A little tanning, some typing on the Macbook and flipping pages of the ELLE South Africa and other glossy magazines.
When I am rich I’ll come back to stay here for a whole week ;-).
