cafe cees amsterdam is the new cosy kid on the block
It’s one of the main streets of Amsterdam, the Ceintuurbaan in De Pijp. If you’re heading East, you come across many nice spots. But also the last part of the West-direction is becoming more fun. Just before the bridge in the direction of Sotto and De Bakkerswinkel there just arrived even more cosiness. Because there Cafe Cees Amsterdam opened its doors!
And Cafe Cees sure is all about fun. The owner actually combines the characteristic advantages of the old pub with modern today. This results in a fresh bar, where you can snack some good old cheese while drinking your beer. And what’s fun without games? That’s why the boxes of Scrabble, Monopoly and Rummikun are waiting for you.
So a good place to have drinks. But you can eat here as well. There are tosti’s on the menu and the Thai from next door provides in the daily menu, curry and other dishes. Another fun fact: they’ve got a terrace! Not very big, but the wooden picknick tables are good enough for having good times in the sun. A bar with a fresh interior, a cosy vibe and fine bites, that’s something that never can go wrong.
