Alongside the famous Nonna, Café Bellamy Amsterdam opened its doors on the always lively Kwakersstraat in Amsterdam West (near De Hallen). This brown café is just a stone’s throw away from our favourite La Parole and has everything you need for a pleasant and complete evening. Whether you’re in the mood for a beer, a good glass of wine, or a homemade cocktail at Bellamy, you’re always in the right place. And we haven’t even mentioned the delicious snacks yet.

The atmosphere and interior at Café Bellamy Amsterdam

The vibe? Think of great music, a warm welcome from the bar staff, and a setting that immediately puts you in relax mode. Perfect for a drink or to unwind after a long day.

Dishes and menu at Café Bellamy

At Café Bellamy, you can drop in before or after dinner, as they don’t serve dinner. However, they have an extensive snack menu featuring classics like bitterballen – as befits an actual brown café. Additionally, the wine list is comprehensive and offers a broader selection than you’d expect from a typical pub. The cocktails are also highly rated, as the bartender knows exactly what he’s doing.

Its friendly character and casual atmosphere make Café Bellamy perfect for a (first) date. It won’t get awkward because if things don’t work out with your date, there are plenty of other people to connect with. It’s also great for a night out with friends; it’s always lively, and you can hang out at the bar until the early hours.
