Cafe Bali, Seminyak, Bali: hotspot on eatstreet

16 February 2014

Cafe Bali is perfect for a shopping break!

Cafe Bali in Seminyak is one of the best restaurants on eatstreet. It has a cool interior! By seeing the table clothes I went back in time, it reminded me of my grandparents place. They decorated each table in the house with those old fashioned white crochet doilies. Well at Cafe Bali in Seminyak old fashioned goes new fashioned ;-). Crochet doilies are hip! The fun mix of the interior design makes it a charming hotspot in the middle of the hustle of Jalan Laksmana (aka eatstreet) in the centre of Seminyak. White washed wooden furniture, the Moroccan inspired reading in the back, cute frames on the wall, striking lighting, it’s all gorgeous!

But let’s talk some food. The varied menu at Café Bali offers great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I tried and tasted the Dim Sum with shrimps. Very yummie! They served the food on funny looking plates with flowers. The desserts at Cafe Bali are too good to say no to. And if you don’t have space for a sweet delicious dessert… the strawberry daiquiri is a great alternative!
