New York It's certainly no longer the city where you can only eat burgers, pizza, and donuts. You'll find tons of great restaurant hotspots here where you can enjoy delicious food. But whether the healthy food trend, and especially the vegan trend, has really taken off here, is something we at Yourlbb were very curious about! Apparently, it has, because the recently opened vegan spot By Chloe in Greenwich Village It's incredibly popular. We just managed to snag a spot on the sunny terrace, but then, like everyone else, we had to wait in a long line to order.
By Chloe was founded by Chloe, who became famous in America with her vegan cookbook. Now you don't have to cook for yourself anymore because at By Chloe, everything is made for you! Burgers, salads, pastas, juices, sandwiches. And yes: all vegan! We tried the kale salad with avocado, shitake bacon, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Delicious! We also tried the Mac N' Cheese with sweet potato sauce and shitake bacon. It was like eating macaroni and cheese, but healthy! Think vegan food is boring or tasteless? Guess again!
