9 February 2017

eat fresh poké bowls and bao buns Bowls & Buns Amsterdam

From today on Bowls & Buns Amsterdam is your favourite spot to order fresh poké bowls and bao buns. You maybe already know the founders of Bowls & Buns Amsterdam from Everything On A Stick on the Prinsengracht. After this succes story they thought it was time to do something with the Hawaiian whirlwind that’s blowing through Amsterdam. Poké Bowls are super hot at the moment. Brother and sister Nguyen decided that there needed to be a restaurant where you can order these ánd bao buns. Our guilty pleasure, ’cause we can’t get enough of fresh poké bowls and bao buns…

bowls & Buns Amsterdamat bOWLS & BUNS AMSTERDAM you can create your own poké bowl

Team Your Little Black Book loves poké bowls, especially when we’re allowed to create our own. In the classic bowl at Bowls & Buns Amsterdam you’ll get sliced fish like tuna or salmon, mango, beans, onions, and cucumber. You can also add ingredients such as chickpeas, pomegranate, and pineapple. Not really into rice? Then choose the bowl with a base of quinoa. The bao buns are also a must try over here. Take the one with pulled pork, it’s so good! A poké bowl and a bao bun together only cost € 12, –, perfect for a date night during the week.

More hotspots in Amsterdam

You can find Bowls & Buns at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam (sadly for us we’re not studying anymore!) and with a stand at Market33, the foodmarket at the Zuidas. But good news for everyone who, just like us, isn’t in the Zuidas neighborhood  or at the HvA very often, ’cause you can also order your favourite dishes from Bowls & Buns at Foodora. YAY! Now we can sit back and relax, wait for our guilty pleasure food and chill on the couch!

Watch out: Market 33 is closed on Saturday and Sunday and delivery depends on your postcode area.
