Van Mechelen – who hasn't heard of it? This place has an almost Amsterdam-Nord feel, yet it's located on the edge of Amsterdam Oud-Zuid and the Hoofddorpplein neighborhood. The café is housed in a beautiful industrial building with authentic elements that give it a raw feel. The building is divided into different sections, making it a comfortable place to sit all day long.

Blue Teahouse

The brewers of Brouwerij 't IJ opened this unique monument years ago Amsterdam Oud-Zuid A tasting room. Upstairs in the teahouse is the restaurant, complete with a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of Vondelpark.
