Amsterdam has a new Sunday tradition. Every first Sunday of the month, Hasta La Vista, Baby! hosts Brunch, Baby!: a brunch experience on the 19th floor with city views. Forget the standard eggs Benedict: here you get a Mediterranean three-course feast with shared plates, performances between courses, and a lineup that will have you dancing without hesitation. This is a brunch where you dress up and sit at long tables, with good vibes and plenty of wine. Doors open at 12:30 PM, and the Sunday doesn't end until sunset. Tickets cost €45 per person. Volare's monthly boozy brunches are a household name, and for good reason. This hotspot on Admiraal de Ruyterweg in West is definitely worth a visit for an aperitif, Italian dinner, or after-dinner drinks at the in-house cocktail bar, Bomboloni's. Volare normally opens at 5:00 PM, but during their monthly bottomless brunch, you can join them between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM for a delightful afternoon.
