New coffee spot in Amsterdam: Bocca!
Good news for coffee lovers! Bocca (as you know: the coffee roaster who makes sure you can drink really good coffee at: CT Coffee & Coconuts, The Coffee Virus, Vinnies and Hutspot) has got his own location! In the middle of the city centre of Amsterdam. The spot where barista’s (read: good looking men!) get trained, where you can try different coffees, and learn about different kind of ways to make your coffee, where you can buy coffee beans and -tools or just visit to drink a good cup of coffee. The best one you can imagine.
At Bocca they know how to make a good coffee. With beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Indonesia, and Kenia. Directly purchased at the farmer (direct-trade) and for that reason fair-trade. The beans get roasted in varied ways (light or dark) so Bocca barista’s can take the ultimate flavours out of the beans. And did you know that Bocca won a price last year for best specialty coffee roaster of Europe?
A short lesson about coffee. And now it’s up to you, so bring a visit to the Kerkstraat to have a look yourself at Bocca. A beautiful clean decorated spot with natural materials, light colours and lots of wood. Just as we like.
