Good news for coffee lovers! Bocca (you know: the coffee roastery that ensures you can drink really good coffee at places like CT Coffee & Coconuts, The Coffee Virus, Vinnies en hutspot) has its own location! Right in the heart of Amsterdam. It's the place where baristas come to train (read: handsome men!), where you can sample different coffees, learn all about the different brewing methods, buy coffee beans and tools, or simply enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. But of course, the best cup of coffee you can imagine.

At Bocca, they know how to make great coffee. They use beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, Indonesia, and Kenya, among other countries. They're purchased directly from the farmer (direct trade) and therefore ethically and sustainably sourced. They're then roasted in various ways (light or dark) so Bocca baristas can extract the ultimate flavor from the beans. And did you know that Bocca won the award for best specialty coffee roaster in Europe last year?
So. A quick coffee break. And now, off to Kerkstraat to check out Bocca for yourself and the beautifully sleek spot with natural materials, light colors, and lots of wood.
