As you probably know, we love boutique-hotels and resorts. Small hotels that are unique because they are one of a kind. The Boardwalk Small Hotel in Aruba is the place for everybody who wants to visit this beautiful island without staying in a resort with hundreds of rooms. This hotel is located in North and in walking distance from many restaurants, shops and the popular Moomba beach.

Relax in the garden by the swimming pool
It’s love at first side when you see the beautiful swimming pool of the Boardwalk Small Hotel. With sun beds around the pool and palmtrees everywhere. The green garden with a garden house, where you can enjoy the shade, is equally beautiful. This small paradise is at less than ten minutes walking distance from the beach. In the garden of the Boardwalk Small hotel you will find the most colourful birds and lizards. Free entertainment while sunbathing!

Cabins x Boardwalk Small Hotel Aruba
While traveling in Aruba I stayed in the Boardwalk Small Hotel for 5 nights . A lovely hotspot! The colourful cabins, so called casita’s, make you feel at home right away. And that feeling becomes only stronger when you discover that you have your own hammock at your casita. There is also a Weber BBQ on your mini porch. So you can always decide to eat at ‘home’ on your holidays. I’am sure that I would have done that when I was here with my lover. Together with a cold drink, some background music and just enjoying the lovely surroundings of this place.
The casita’s of the Boardwalk Small Hotel in Aruba are also perfect for families with young children. You can easily sleep with four people in one cabin. You can order your breakfast at the reception, but it’s also possible to do your own grocery and prepare your own breakfast like I did. All the necessities are there in the casita’s!
Discover Aruba with the treasure box!
A really original idea of the Boardwalk Small hotel are the treasure boxes filled with personal tips. There are different boxes available, something for every type of visitor. Are you an active type, on holiday with kids or into some trendy stuff? So if the Your Little Black Book Aruba travel guide isn’t enough, i would definitely recommend the treasure box. This is how I discovered nice places like Westdeck and Eduardo’s Smoothies!
