These (star) restaurants are the BITE menu

Top chefs will be serving their signature dishes throughout the venue, which you can sample starting at just €7,50. From street food to fine dining, Bite's menu is once again filled this year with culinary creations from iconic Dutch chefs.

Would you like to see the chefs at work up close? Then book a spot at the Chef's Table ! At the circular bar, right around the kitchen, you not only taste a delicious menu but also get a unique glimpse into the kitchen. What I personally always really enjoy during these Chef's Tables is that the chef often shares his personal story behind the dishes!

New this year: the BITE Amusetour

It's so great to see that food festivals are listening to what you, the visitor, want! This year, you can book a brand-new amuse-bouche tour at Bite. At your own pace and in your chosen order, you'll visit eight different pop-up restaurants for a delicious amuse-bouche. At each stop, you'll enjoy a perfectly paired sip of wine with your amuse-bouche, carefully selected by the chef or sommelier. It's a kind of all-inclusive ticket where you'll not only be surprised but also know exactly what to expect because the appetizers and a drink are already included! The amuse-bouche tour can be booked on Friday (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM), Saturday, and Sunday (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM) and costs €64,95 for the appetizers and drinks, or €79,50 with your Bite ticket included. Reservations are essential!

Taste, cook and learn during the workshops at BITE of Amsterdam

Bite isn't just for food and drinks; it's also a playground for amateur chefs. There's plenty to do between bites! From barbecue masterclasses by the Meat Member Club to the Cooking School with hands-on workshops for home cooks.

Mini foodies are also catered to, so I'll definitely be bringing my son! At Little Bite, little chefs get to work themselves. While you order a second glass of bubbly, they'll decorate Madame Cocos waffles as if it were their profession.

Fancy taking a little Bite home with you? Then grab a bargain at the culinary food market in the Artisan Hall. From clever cooking tools to unique ingredients, I'm always inspired to try new things.

And if that's not enough, the party lasts all day long. Think entertainment by Ventuno, bubbles at the champagne bar at Bisous & Jondani, and the most delicious fish dishes from VisaandeSchelde with perfectly paired wines at Tamis. Cheers!
