These (Michelin) restaurants are the heart of BITE’s menu
Across the festival grounds, top chefs will be serving their signature dishes, available starting from just €7.50. From street food to fine dining: this year’s Bite menu is again filled with culinary creations by iconic Dutch chefs.
Want to see the chefs in action up close? Then book a seat at the Chef’s Table! Around the circular bar, right next to the kitchen, you’ll not only enjoy a delightful menu, but also get a unique look behind the scenes. What I personally love about these Chef’s Tables is that the chef often shares a personal story with each dish!

New this year: the BITE Amuse tour
It’s great to see food festivals listening to what you as a visitor want! This year, Bite introduces a brand-new Amuse Tour. At your own pace and in your own order, you’ll visit eight different pop-up restaurants to enjoy a tasty amuse-sized bite. At each stop, your amuse will be paired with a perfectly matched sip of wine, carefully selected by the chef or sommelier. It’s like an all-in ticket, where you get surprised but also know exactly what to expect — bites and drinks included! The Amuse Tour is available on Friday (2:00–5:00 PM), Saturday, and Sunday (12:00–3:00 PM) and costs €64.95 for bites and drinks, or €79.50 including entrance to Bite. Reservations are a must!

Taste, cook, and learn during workshops at BITE of Amsterdam
Bite is not only about food and drinks — it’s also a playground for hobby chefs. Between bites, there’s so much to do! From barbecue masterclasses by the Meat Member Club to the Cooking School with hands-on workshops for home cooks.
And of course, there’s something for mini foodies too, so I’ll definitely be bringing my little one! At Little Bite, young chefs can get hands-on. While you enjoy a second glass of bubbly, they’ll be decorating waffles from Madame Cocos like pros.
