Bisous Amsterdam is perhaps one of this year’s most original restaurant openings. The place where Restaurant Floreyn was recently located is now the new home of Bisous Amsterdam, where you can dine in a Parisian atmosphere.

Why you want to spend an evening at Restaurant & Bar Bisous Amsterdam

In the heart of De Pijp – on Albert Cuypstraat, to be precise – you will now find Bisous Amsterdam. According to the owners, this place brings Zeeland roots and Parisian glamour to our capital. An enticing place with a stunning interior. The owners of Bisous enlisted the Belgian interior design studio JPDEMEYER&CO for this large project. The building is no less than 170 square meters and, from top to bottom, covered with red items, decorations, and Parisian boudoir influences. All in a modern look, by the way. Bisous is not a trip down memory lane but a contemporary place where you go for a memorable night out. Lowie Jansen and Bas Noorman missed an internationally oriented establishment with experience, where you linger after dinner. At Bisous, you can stay until the early hours. And you will want to: once you’re inside and taste the world of Bisous, you won’t want to leave.

Menu Bisous Amsterdam

The menu at Bisous Amsterdam is diverse and matches the vibrant decor. Think oysters and other French classics, traditional cocktails, and smaller dishes to share (especially the starters) with the rest of your party. The main courses are best ordered individually. Dining extensively is not complete without a good glass of wine or bubbles – and Bisous has also put a lot of effort into that. Because of this, Bisous is the destination for real wine lovers. But at the same time, every Bon Vivant is welcome.
