Op het altijd bruisende Westergasterrein in Amsterdam-West zit sinds deze week een nieuwe hotspot: Billie’s Bar Amsterdam! Dit gloednieuwe restaurant vind je naast de beroemde North Sea Jazz Club en dat is eigenlijk niet zo gek, want het is van dezelfde eigenaren. Zij hebben hiermee hun passie voor een goede sfeer en jazz muziek weten uit te breiden, want ook bij Billie’s Bar Amsterdam staat de muziek centraal.

Sterker nog, de bar is vernoemd naar niemand minder dan jazz legende Billie Holiday. En dat zie je terug in zowel het interieur als op het menu. Zo is er het Billie hoekje, waarin je meer kunt lezen – en horen – over de zangeres. En op het menu staat de exclusive cocktail Billie’s Arak Madu. Mmm!

Én het menu biedt nog meer lekkers. Want de gerechten bestaan uit een mix van Oosterse en Mediterrane gerechten. Van sushi en dim sum tot aan entrecote en eendenborst. En dan natuurlijk nog meer cocktails. Want terwijl jij naar de live muziek – ze hebben hun eigen Billie Holiday hostess in huis – luistert, wil je natuurlijk wel iets lekkers te drinken hebben ;-)
