9 of the best places to work in Bali for digital nomads

Bali is a digital nomad's paradise. Everywhere you go, you'll find great co-working spaces where you can spend the day working on your laptop. Not every location is perfect, so I've compiled my favorite workspaces in Bali. Naturally, they all offer Wi-Fi, comfortable chairs, air conditioning or a fan with plenty of breeze, and good coffee within easy reach.

Come with me to get breakfast in Taipei 🥢 Straight from the airport to this little spot to taste soup dumplings and so much more! That's what I call a soft landing 😉
Just back from Catalonia and I thought: I'll share some tips right away. During our road trip, we stayed two nights in the Ebro Delta. An incredibly fun stop for families and foodies alike, where there is plenty to do. · A boat trip to the Musclarium is a must! Here you eat oysters and mussels straight from the farm, in the middle of the sea. · Admire the flamingos and black ibises that can be found here all year round. · Rice is grown in the Ebro Delta all year round. For paella, but Kensho also makes sake and miso from it! You can visit them during a tasting. · Cycling along the rice fields, canoeing on the Ebro River, and visiting various beaches. It was still a bit too cold now, but there is plenty to do. · The towns are very low-key and not that exciting, but you can find fantastic local food there. From the Michelin-awarded Les Moles* to local eateries like Vermuteria Bonmarisc and Lo Tinglado. We ate a lot of fish, but also anemone fritters (a first!). Now back to work, and I’m going to create an extensive travel guide of this road trip through Catalonia, but you’ll want to save these tips for a future adventure. ✖️✖️✖️ 🖊️ @anne_de_buck { In this post, I share tips for the Ebro Delta in Spain (Delta de l'Ebre). PUUR JONNIE, an ode to Jonnie Boer. Today I had the honor of being at @delibrijezwolle for the book launch of @jonnie_en_therese. I spent the entire evening reading and browsing. WHAT A BOOK. What stories. WHAT AN ODE. Love, Nature, Pioneer, Fatherhood, Music, Jonnie's Foundation, Friendship, Suppliers, Local products, Relaxation, Entrepreneurship, Humor & The pure human being. Everything is covered, beautifully written by @joel.broekaert. With contributions from, among others, @nelsontanate, @rekkebus, @ronblaauwtje, @jorisbijdendijk, @sidney_schutte & @hvw043. Thanks for the wonderful afternoon @jonnie_en_therese 💚 PUUR JONNIE, Available from April 14 at your local bookstore (and online) 🖊️ @anne_de_buck
This is your ticket to Japan without taking a plane 🥢 @tewatashi.ams in De Pijp serves an authentic Edo-Mae Sushi Experience and is super consistent in their quality. It's the place we keep going back to when we have something to celebrate <3. In this video I'm sharing the 2 hour experience in 60 seconds. Still dreaming about the buttery ika nigiri. 🤤 ✖️✖️✖️ 🖊️ @anne_de_buck { one of the best authentic Japanese restaurants in Amsterdam serving premium sushi omakase in De Pijp }

9 of the Best Workplaces and Co-working Spaces in Bali for Digital Nomads

Hubud: Ubud is where it all began. Around the corner from the famous (and infamous) Monkey Forest, you'll find the mothership of co-working spaces, Hubud. It's a truly relaxing place with various spaces, both air-conditioned and unair-conditioned, indoors and outdoors, and quiet or where you can chat. A big plus: most tables have ergonomic office chairs, and you can enjoy unlimited drinking water and filter coffee. There's a restaurant downstairs for other refreshments.
Jalan Monkey Forest 88, Ubud – hubud.org

Dojo: Canggu is also teeming with digital nomads and co-working spaces. Dojo is the most well-known and has since merged with Hubud. You'll find Dojo on the street north of Batu Bolong, near the beach (and La Brisa). Like Hubud, it has a very relaxed atmosphere, complete with a small restaurant and swimming pool.
Jalan Pantai Batu Mejan 88, Canggu – dojobali.org

Tropical Nomad: Canggu is becoming increasingly crowded, so much so that they've even opened a co-working space on the famous shortcut road. It's ideal, as it's located between Berawa and Batu Bolong, and because Tropical Nomad is still relatively new, it's much quieter. Large windows and high ceilings here too, making it wonderfully bright.

Outpost: Combining work and accommodation? Outpost makes it possible. You'll find this all-in-one co-working space in both Canggu (Berawa) and Ubud (two locations). The big difference with the other two is the magnificent windows, which make the space much brighter and more open. Plus, the quiet areas are upstairs, allowing you to work truly undisturbed. And if you're looking for something to eat or drink, you can order anything you desire from the restaurant downstairs via their Slack channel.

Livit Hub: Sanur might not immediately spring to mind when you think of digital nomads, but it's a great place to be. Livit is a large villa with a variety of spaces, including a cozy rooftop with beanbag chairs and lounge chairs for your work break.
Jalan Bumi Ayu Gg. Pungut Sari 6, Sanur – liv.it

Genesis Creative Centre: Are you a nomad in the creative industry looking for like-minded people or even a photo/video studio? Then Genesis is the place to be. The modern building is just a stone's throw from Pantai Berawa. Perfect if you want to continue on to Finn's Beach Club for a beautiful sunset ;)

Best Workplaces and Co-working Spaces in Bali for Digital Nomads

Kinship Coworking: While Ubud is known as a digital nomad haven, one coworking space after another is opening in Canggu. One of them is Kinship, the next creative spot on this list. At Kinship, you can spend a day working at one of the communal tables, but you can also rent meeting rooms or their photo studio.
Gg. Jalak VIB, Canggu – kinshipstudiobali.com

District: Right in the heart of Berawa, you'll find District, a restaurant-turned-coworking space where you can even work by the hour! It's the cheapest workspace I've seen in Canggu so far (110.000 rupiah for a day pass, about €7) and boasts a prime location overlooking the rice paddies. What more could you ask for?
Jalan Pantai Berawa 9090, Canggu – districtcanggu.com

Rumah Sanur Creative Hub: Finally, another creative hub in Sanur, where the focus is on connecting creatives. Here too, there's an on-site café for fuel, and events are regularly organized.
Jalan Danau Poso 51, Sanur – rumahsanur.com
