Smoothie bowls abound, but where can you get the best coffee in Canggu? Where do you go for your espresso fix, almond cappuccino, or iced latte? Lucky you, because Indonesia is one of the largest coffee producers in the world, and Bali also serves the most delicious cups of coffee. I don't start the day without an almond cappuccino, so I've compiled my favorite coffee shops in Canggu. Bali.

Come with me to get breakfast in Taipei 🥢 Straight from the airport to this little spot to taste soup dumplings and so much more! That's what I call a soft landing 😉
Just back from Catalonia and I thought: I'll share some tips right away. During our road trip, we stayed two nights in the Ebro Delta. An incredibly fun stop for families and foodies alike, where there is plenty to do. · A boat trip to the Musclarium is a must! Here you eat oysters and mussels straight from the farm, in the middle of the sea. · Admire the flamingos and black ibises that can be found here all year round. · Rice is grown in the Ebro Delta all year round. For paella, but Kensho also makes sake and miso from it! You can visit them during a tasting. · Cycling along the rice fields, canoeing on the Ebro River, and visiting various beaches. It was still a bit too cold now, but there is plenty to do. · The towns are very low-key and not that exciting, but you can find fantastic local food there. From the Michelin-awarded Les Moles* to local eateries like Vermuteria Bonmarisc and Lo Tinglado. We ate a lot of fish, but also anemone fritters (a first!). Now back to work, and I’m going to create an extensive travel guide of this road trip through Catalonia, but you’ll want to save these tips for a future adventure. ✖️✖️✖️ 🖊️ @anne_de_buck { In this post, I share tips for the Ebro Delta in Spain (Delta de l'Ebre). PUUR JONNIE, an ode to Jonnie Boer. Today I had the honor of being at @delibrijezwolle for the book launch of @jonnie_en_therese. I spent the entire evening reading and browsing. WHAT A BOOK. What stories. WHAT AN ODE. Love, Nature, Pioneer, Fatherhood, Music, Jonnie's Foundation, Friendship, Suppliers, Local products, Relaxation, Entrepreneurship, Humor & The pure human being. Everything is covered, beautifully written by @joel.broekaert. With contributions from, among others, @nelsontanate, @rekkebus, @ronblaauwtje, @jorisbijdendijk, @sidney_schutte & @hvw043. 18 Best Coffee Shops in Canggu, Bali for Coffee Lovers

Café Organic: Café Organic is my go-to spot on Batu Bolong for coffee, smoothie bowls, and work. The coffee is delicious, but the homemade almond milk is what I love most about it. And yes, those chocolate coconut balls you get with your coffee are addictive…
Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong, Canggu – cafeorganic.co

Ninety One: Near the beach, you'll find Ninety One. At first glance, you only see the street-facing terrace, which is usually empty and deserted, but walk through to the garden and you'll immediately understand why I'm such a fan. They have a lovely pool and a variety of seating areas. A top spot for just a cup of coffee, a full breakfast, or drinks.

The Loft: If you're going to Canggu, chances are you'll enter through Batu Bolong. Halfway down the street, The Loft immediately catches your eye, with its terrace featuring lounge chairs and cozy tables. It's always pleasantly busy, regardless of the time of day.

Lila Kozina: Step into a tropical Marrakech at Lila Kozina. This beautiful restaurant looks like it's straight out of an interior design magazine! The menu is packed with Moroccan delicacies, such as medina porridge (with dates, honeycomb, and cinnamon) and shakshuka.

Penny Lane: Perhaps the most Instagrammable spot in Canggu, this one deserves a spot on the list. Not only because of Penny Lane's beautiful interior, but also because of their delicious coffee.

Copenhagen: By far, the place in Canggu I've been to most often is Copenhagen. They make the most delicious iced cappuccino here, but their regular coffee is also delicious. Especially with one of their cinnamon buns. I'm certainly not the only fan, so they've expanded the space, creating even more space.

ZIN Café: Where the Balinese branch of Coffee & Coconuts used to be, you'll now find ZIN Café. The new owners have taken over everything from C&C and kept it as is, so it's still a fantastic hangout.
Jalan Nelayan No.78F, Canggu – zin.world.com/zin-cafe-canggu

Doppio Café: I discovered this little place during my last trip to BaliWhen I had a membership at the adjacent Body Factory Bali gym (which I highly recommend, by the way!). Doppio reminds me of the cozy shops in Kuta (Lombok), with Moroccan influences, beautiful tiles, and turquoise details. And the coffee? In my opinion, the best (hot) cappuccino in Canggu!

Milu by Nook: During my first solo trip to Bali, I stumbled upon Milu by Nook. Just when I was feeling a bit lost, I stumbled upon this oasis of tranquility with perhaps the most beautiful view of the Berawa rice paddies. Snuggle into one of the plush sofas, grab a book or magazine, and relax!
Jalan Pantai Berawa 90, Canggu – milu-bali.business.site

Koast: Like Ninety One, Koast is a hidden gem in Canggu. Walk through to the (partially covered) garden with swimming pool and enjoy the oasis of tranquility.

Two Trees Eatery: Jalan Pantai Berawa (Berawa's main street) is becoming more and more charming, just like Batu Bolong. This is partly due to Two Trees Eatery, which, in my opinion, is one of the most charming spots in the area. Every detail is yellow, and the two trees at the entrance make it feel like stepping into a fairytale.

BGS: Looking for a quick coffee (to-go)? BGS is the place to be. This surf shop and coffee bar is small but very nice!
Jalan Munduk Catu 2, Canggu – bgsbali.com

Alter Ego: Around the corner from La Brisa is Alter Ego, a modern space with comfortable tables inside (hello air conditioning!) and outside (shade and sun). Because of its location, it's usually not too crowded, which also makes it a great place to work.
Jalan Pantai Batu Mejan, Canggu – facebook.com/alteregocanggu

BAKED: BAKED opened its doors in Berawa, just around the corner from Short Cut Road, in early February. The spacious shop was opened by two Portuguese friends (one of whom is half Dutch!) who previously worked at La Brisa, among other places. Enjoy a strong cup of coffee, preferably with one of their homemade stroopwafels. A mix of Portugal and the Netherlands in Bali—I love it!

Milk & Madu: Milk & Madu is a favorite among many, and I can see why. They have two locations, one in Ubud and one in Berawa, and both are kid-friendly with their fenced gardens and plenty of space to play.
Jalan Pantai Berawa 52, Canggu – milkandmadu.com

The Slow: If you ask Canggu-goers where they've had their favorite meal, chances are The Slow will be on their list. This hip, yet oh-so-beautiful restaurant is a stunning example of design with a kitchen to die for.
Pantai Batu Bolong 97, Canggu – theslow.id

Crate Café: Welcome to hipster paradise! Crate has been one of Bali's most famous hotspots for years, and despite the crowds, I still love going there. Mind you: it's early in the morning and only for coffee. To be honest, I don't think the food is good (sorry if this offends anyone), but the coffee is good, and the location is beautiful. An added bonus: Crate is one of the few establishments that opens its shutters at 06:00 AM.

Yema Kitchen: It seems like a new place opens every day in Canggu, and Yema Kitchen was no exception during my last trip to Bali. With their enormous garden, Moroccan influences, various nooks and crannies, and a menu you can't imagine, this is one of my favorite spots to work, relax, and eat. And yes, even drink coffee.
