It’s a family business; he works alongside his brother, daughters, nephews and nieces who run the place. Order his pasta nel parmigiano for a true spectacle of linguine with truffle cream and mushrooms served from a massive Parmesan cheese.

Tozi
Tozi is a lovely spot in Amsterdam-Zuid, where you can enjoy delicious (and famous!) pasta al Parmigiano (see how they make it here). Sharing is recommended, as you’ll want to save room for their delectable tiramisu for dessert! PepeNero Cucina & Pizza
On Java Island, you can also enjoy delicious pasta from a cheese wheel. The chef doesn’t like truffle oil and only serves truffles when they’re in season.
