Blooming Beach: Order a delicious glass of rosé, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy the warm sunshine sheltered from the wind. Craving something tasty? The snacks and dishes at Blooming Beach are not only super delicious, but they are also healthy, full of vegetables, and affordable.

Bernie’s Beach Club: A beach bar with two pools, one of which is heated, a nice bar, and finally some good beach beds to lounge on all day. The chef worked as a sous-chef for 14 years at a Michelin-starred restaurant, so you can imagine the delicious food you can enjoy here.

Tulum Tulum: This beach club has become one of my ultimate favorites when it comes to beach bars in the Netherlands. A great relaxed vibe, delicious food, and you really feel like you’re on an exotic beach instead of in Noordwijk!

San Blas: Named after the San Blas islands in Panama, this place also feels tropical! Fun fact: this spot is the first beach bar in the Netherlands that is open all year round. So, it’s also a great recommendation for a winter beach day!
Bloemendaal aan Zee – sanblas.nl
Club Zand: This beach bar in Castricum ensures you are stress-free in no time. A rustic, green, laid-back place where you can sit down for a delicious lunch, bites, and a glass of wine, and on Fridays.

Parnassia: A great spot on a quieter beach area, namely in Overveen. You can get there in no time from Haarlem. A big menu where you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Tijn Akersloot: This spot has quickly become one of the most popular beach bars in the Netherlands – and for good reason. A great menu, a huge terrace, and wonderful sunbeds on the beach itself. What more could you want?

Timboektoe: At Timboektoe, they pay a lot of attention to sustainability. So much so that they have won the Gaia Green Award! They also often host events, so keep an eye on the calendar on their website.

Whoosah: Here you can enjoy original dishes with Eastern influences. In the morning, you can have a delicious breakfast with a healthy green shake or a good coffee, and in the afternoon, go for a glass of wine with, yes, one of the homemade cakes. Tip: try the Whoosah combo; a large platter with various snacks to share.

Lodge: This spot is often open even when it’s a bit colder, so it’s a nice go-to for a sunny winter day! Additionally, they are open from 8:30 AM to midnight. Note: dogs are not allowed inside.

Hippie Fish: One of the coolest additions to Zandvoort. Fun fact: they also have their own furniture line. So, definitely check out the interior!

Ubuntu Beach: The same owners as Hippie Fish have had this great beach club for years. A very nice spot with delicious food, and one of my go-to places when I’m in Zandvoort.

Strandpaviljoen Noord: The fun thing about this beach club is that they’ve decorated their spot with both old and new interior pieces. The result is a lovely mix and a place where you feel comfortable.

Beachclub Perry’s: It might not be a location you visit quickly, as it is all the way in Zeeland. But it is definitely worth it! The menu is full of delicious dishes, so choosing might be difficult.

Buiten: This beach club is located on the Zwarte Pad just outside the Boulevard. This spot is considered one of the most beautiful beach areas in Scheveningen. Visit this beach bar in the Netherlands for a tasty lunch or dinner, or settle down in the afternoon on one of the lounge spots and relax with the best music.

Brooklyn Beach: Every year, I plan to go there more often, to the beach of Domburg in Zeeland. The area where Brooklyn Beach is located is often less crowded, and you really feel like you’re getting away for the day. Brooklyn Beach is my regular go-to when I am there; a very nice spot!

Beachclub at Sea: In the front of Kijkduin, is now Beachclub La Parade. A bright beach pavilion with an unobstructed view of the beautiful Zuiderstrand. Also, nice in Kijkduin is the child-friendly Titus Beachclub.

Branding: At this beach bar in Noordwijk, you really come to relax or get some fresh air. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sun after a beach walk with your lover, friends, or even grandparents.

De Walvis: Of course, a list of the best beach bars in the Netherlands should include a few spots on the Wadden Islands! For example, this spot, which you must visit if you’re on Terschelling.

Paal 17 aan Zee: Another spot on a Wadden Island, but this one is the ‘Ibiza of the North’ ;-). Yes, on Texel, you’ll find this great beach club! I could easily spend the whole day here.

‘t Badhuys: If you’re on Vlieland, you definitely want to visit this beach club! Inspired by the seasons of the year, but especially by the beach.
