On Sunday, April 13th, BAUT Oost will transform into a mecca for dirty food lovers for one afternoon. For this unique collaboration, they're bringing the best burger guys in the Netherlands to the capital: the Stooges from Rotterdam. And believe me, these guys know how to make a burger you'll never forget.
Kick and Jip, the chefs behind Stooges, are two creative culinary all-rounders who have long since proven their worth. At their new burger bar at Bergweg Station in Rotterdam, they make burgers so juicy, so flavorful, and so next-level that even BAUT wouldn't dare surpass them. You really won't believe your taste buds. So, for one day, they're joining forces.
What can you expect during BAUT x Stooges?
A set menu that will completely awaken your taste buds. You'll start with a greasy, salty snack from the BAUT chef, followed by your choice of two iconic Stooges burgers:
Chili Cheese Burger – with double patties, beef & pork chili, ranch coleslaw, pickles and double cheddar.
Beef Cheek Dashi Burger – with smoked beef cheek, dashi, smoked eel, green chili ketchup and cheddar.
With fries to share (because sharing is caring) and as the ultimate finale, a boozy milkshake from pastry chef Francesca.
