Bar Kantoor has opened its doors in a beautiful historic building on the city-center side of the Westergasfabriek. This spot is located in the same building as the newest hotel in Conscious Hotel Westerpark. As the name suggests, everything here is as sustainable and organic as possible. Bar Kantoor serves as the restaurant for this new, trendy hotel, and this all-day spot also focuses primarily on sustainability. This means everything runs on electricity—no gas—and the menu consists entirely of 100% organic dishes and fermented vegetables. But fish and meat lovers, no worries: they've got that on the menu too.

At Bar Kantoor Amsterdam, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or just a coffee or a drink. With the sun shining, you'll definitely want to check out this terrace!
