A few weeks ago I discovered the new place Bakers and Roasters Amsterdam. Run by a super nice couple from New Zealand and, in my opinion, one of the best One of the nicest coffee shops in De Pijp. You can also enjoy a delicious lunch there, with homemade pies, among other things. And I just happen to love those! The interior of Bakers and Roasters Amsterdam is super cheerful. It has a seating area (it reminded me of Raw 42 in Copenhagen!) with cheerful cushions that are a nod to Brazil, where Bakers and Roasters Amsterdam's coffee beans are sourced. The fifties colors in the interior create a cheerful effect! No milk edging on the cappuccino here, but a fun effect with cocoa powder. Something different :-). Bakers and Roasters Amsterdam will also be open for brunch soon. I'll definitely be trying that out soon! If you live in De Pijp, Bakers and Roasters Amsterdam is a great place for takeout coffee.
