Together they prepare French dishes, depending on what the market has to offer. That means the menu is formed by the fresh products of the day. And with their location on the Govert Flinckstraat the Albert Cuyp market is only a few minutes away. So yes, the three chefs are familiar with the best products that the market has to offer and also know the places in town to get the best meat and the most delicious fish.
