At Yourlbb we love speakeasy bars. In New York we really wanted to have a drink at Apotheke. A popular bar in Chinatown Where you still need a password to enter from Wednesday to Sunday. Tip: just email or tweet them and they'll tell you!
Enjoying a cocktail at Apotheke is the perfect combination with a Dim Sum evening at Nom Wah Tea Parlor! Just two doors down ;-) That's exactly what Anne and I did when we were in Chinatown. We ate the best Dim Sum and then enjoyed cocktails. The cocktails are categorized by theme here: classic cocktails, sipping fights, health & beauty, stress relievers, pain killers, aphrodisiacs, and fruit extracts, for example. It just depends on what you're in the mood for that evening :) But besides good cocktails, Apotheke is also a cool place. Dark and cozy. Exactly what you'd expect from a speakeasy bar.
